Olé! Olé! Kendall Jenner Elevates Toreador Style in Paris

She's put her stamp on the girlboss flannel suit by pairing it with sneakers and made the safari suit city-friendly through clever accessorizing, and earlier today in Paris, Kendall Jenner brought an eye-catching twist to another unlikely matching set: the toreador suit.

Jenner stepped out to visit the Alexander Wang atelier before popping by haute boîte L’Avenue for lunch wearing UK-based design duo Marques’Almeida’s take on the style, which married Latin-influenced ruffles and color with edgy London vibes.

The fiery red jacket-and-trouser combo had an elongating effect, while a matching skinny belt, tightly cinched a la 1980s divas, enhanced the hourglass shape. Its grommet accents carried through in the hardware-heavy piece, from the snaps on the collar to the O-rings holding the split sleeve hems together.

The chain-link strap of Jenner’s Longchamp pocketbook furthered the metal-trim moment, while a pair of black python Yeezy boots gave the ensemble a mod lift.
